Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you had a SHOPHAPPY experience during your Fashion On Purpose purchase!
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers must contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate returns.
Final approval of any exchange is based upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
Fashion On Purpose reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be unworn in original condition with tags still attached.
Return by Mail
Please print and fill out our return form slip (click HERE to download a copy) and include it with the item(s) being returned.
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Priority Mail shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.
Please allow 5 days from receipt of your returned item for store credit to be processed.
Store credit amounts will be issued at the same value as when the order was placed, excluding any coupons, discounts and shipping charges.
Non-eligible items for return:
Worn items (including but not limited to stains, deodorant streaks, makeup, marks of any kind, snags, tears, perfume, smoke, scents of any kind, or any other changes from the original condition) will not be accepted.
Sale items, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, hosiery and undergarment items are all FINAL SALE.
